What Allergosan Cream is and what it is used for
Allergosan cream contains the active substance chloropyramine in the group of so-called antihistamines. It has a well-pronounced anti-allergic effect. Applied to the skin suppresses itching, removes redness, swelling and rashes.
Allergosan cream is used for insect bites; contact dermatitis and other itchy dermatoses (inflammation of the skin); rash and itching in various allergic conditions that do not affect extensive skin areas.

If you have chronic skin conditions with hyperkeratosis (sealing, thickening of the superficial layer of the skin), the use of the other dosage form is more appropriate.
It is not recommended that the product be applied to exposed wounds or burns. Take care not to allow any part of it to come into the eyes on the mucous membrane of the nose or oral cavity.
Other medicines and Allergosan cream
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are using, have recently used or might use any other medicines.
It is unknown whether other medicines affect the effect of Allergosan cream.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility

3. How to Use Allergosan Cream
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor, pharmacist, or nurse has told you. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
The recommended dose is:
Adults and children (infants and children up to 18 years) - a small amount of cream is applied to the affected surface 2-3 times a day, rubbing lightly into the skin.
Allergic cream is intended for topical application to the skin only. It is suitable for use in acute skin reactions with the formation of exudate (secretion, inflammatory fluid). It can be applied under the dressing or through physiotherapy procedures, for better penetration through the skin and for quick healing effect.
It should not be applied to open wounds, eyes, mucous membranes of the nose and oral cavity.
Duration of treatment - from 5 to 7 days.
If you have used more than the required dose of Allergous cream
Because the product is topically applied to the skin, overdose is unlikely. If a large quantity of product is accidentally swallowed, seek medical advice.
If you forget to use Allergosan cream
Do not use more of the medicine to make up for the omission.

4. Possible side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Very rarely, allergy cream can cause itching or skin irritation.

5. How to store Allergosan cream
Keep out of the reach and sight of children
Do not use Allergous cream after the expiry date which is stated on the pack.
You can use this medicine 6 (six) months after opening the tube.
Do not dispose of medicines in sewage or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines you no longer use. These measures will help to protect the environment.
