3. How to use Ketorolac Vision

Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. If you are not sure, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

The recommended dose is 1 drop in the affected eye (s) 3 times a day, starting 24 hours before surgery and lasting up to 3 weeks after eye surgery.

It is important to observe good hygiene when applying the drops. Do not allow the tip of the bottle to touch the eye, eyelids and surrounding surfaces, as it can become contaminated and this can lead to the development of an eye infection with serious consequences for the eye, even loss of vision. Always wash your hands before using the bottle!

Instructions for use:
1. Before using the bottle for the first time, make sure that the protective tape between the cap and the bottle is not torn. Wash your hands and unscrew the cap.
2. Tilt your head back and pull your lower eyelid down. This forms a "pocket" between the eyelid and the eye. The drop will fall exactly in this place.
3. Keep the bottle facing down. Approach the tip and close to the eye. Use a mirror if it will make it easier for you.
4. Be careful not to touch the eye, eyelids or other surfaces with the tip of the bottle. Gently press the base of the bottle to release one drop of the solution. All you need is a little pressure on the bottom.
5. After applying the medicine, close the eyelid and press the eye in the corner of the nose with your finger for 3 minutes. This will prevent Ketorolac Vision from passing into the nose or leaking out.
6. Close the bottle tightly immediately after use.

If the drop does not get into the eye, try again.

Use this bottle only for your eyes!

If you use more Ketorolac Vision than you should
The use of higher doses is unlikely to lead to unwanted side effects. Rinse eye (s) with lukewarm water and consult your doctor.
In case of accidental ingestion of the contents of the bottle, drink more fluids and seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist.

If you forget to take Ketorolac Vision
If you miss a dose, apply the drops as soon as you remember, unless it is time for the next dose, then continue to use them as before. Do not use a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.

If you stop using Ketorolac Vision
You should use Ketorolac Vision for as long as your doctor prescribes it.
