1 ampoule 2 ml solution for injection contains :
Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 10 mg
Riboflavin sodium phosphate as 100 % Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 2 mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 10 mg
Nicotinamide (Vitamin PP) 100 mg
 
* Indications
Injection :
When proven deficient B vitamins (B1, B2, B6) and nicotinamide .
 
 
* Dosage
Injection :
Intramuscular , intravenous rarely in 1-2 ml dose daily or every other day for 5-10 days. After completion of the course can be switched to oral treatment.


* Contraindications
Injection :
o Hypersensitivity to some drugs or excipients.
o Hypertension II and III degree.

* Special warnings
Injection :
o malignancy - attention due to possible stimulates the proliferation of tumor cells.
o Before using injection recommended skin - allergic sample due to the rare but serious risk of anaphylactic shock .
o The daily dose above 100 mg pyridoxine for an extended period - peripheral neuropathy with ataxia and burning pain in the feet. Usually occur 1 month to 3 years of therapy .
o In determining the urobilinogen with reagent Ehrlich, pyridoxine may be false -positive result.
o Riboflavin can cause yellow- orange color of urine.
o Nicotinamide ulcers , gastritis , hemorrhage , gout , liver and gall disabilities - it is tracking transaminase , alkaline phosphatase, GTP , bilirubin , uric acid , platelets , especially if long-term treatment.
o Contains methyl parahydroxybenzoate as an excipient - allergic delayed as contact dermatitis. Rryadko immediate reactions such as urticaria and bronchospasm .
 
# Drug Interactions
Injection :
* Chlorpromazine increases the excretion of vitamin B2 in the urine , while probenecid inhibits its tubular secretion and slows its elimination from the body - potentiation of therapeutic and adverse effects.
Vitamin B1 can antagonize the hypotensive effect of adrenergics , and to suppress the sedative and hypnotic effect of barbiturates and glutethimide .
Vitamin B1 may potentiate the effect of tricyclic antidepressants ( nortriptyline, imipramine, dezipramin ) , particularly in elderly patients.
Vitamin B6 antagonize the antiparkinsonian effect of L-Dopa.
* Nicotinamide with antiepileptic drugs (carbamazepine, sodium valproate and diazepam ) - potentiation of anticonvulsive effect.

# Pregnancy
Injection :
Pregnancy - not at therapeutic doses. With high doses in utero may cause a syndrome in the newborn pyridoxine dependent .
* Lactation - Vitamin B6 is excreted in breast milk - not recommended for use by breast-feeding . In cases where its use is unavoidable , breast feeding be discontinued.

# Undesirable effects
Injection :
* This medicine tolerated .
* Very rarely can be observed hypersensitivity - urticaria , pruritus or edema Quincke, especially in predisposed patients.
* Nicotinamide (in the composition of the vitamin B complex ) can cause reddening of the skin and hot flushes .
