Transilane 20 sachets
The name of your medicine is Transylvan. It is a herbal medicinal product that acts laxative.
Transilance increases volume and reduces bowel density. Transilance is recommended for short-term symptomatic treatment of constipation (constipation).
2. BEFORE YOU TAKE TRANSILANE
Do not take Transilian:
if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients of Transylvan (listed in section 6 of What is Transylan);
in diseases of the small intestine and colon;
in abdominal and stomach pains of vague origin;
with phenylketonuria (inherited disease) due to the presence of aspartame;
severe diabetes mellitus;
disturbances in the water or electrolyte balance;
obstruction of the intestines of unexplained origin.
If you think any of these conditions apply to you or if you have any doubts, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Transilan.
Take special care with Transilan
do not use Transyllan for more than two weeks without a doctor's advice. If complaints persist or the condition gets worse (blood in stools or fever) consult a doctor;
with irregular constipation due to changes in lifestyle (travel). In these cases, Transylvania is used for a short time. Always seek medical attention if constipation is associated with pain, fever or abdominal swelling;
in chronic (chronic) constipation, there are two cases: or bowel disease that requires a visit to a doctor or an impaired balance of bowel function due to unhealthy eating habits and lifestyle. Among other things, the treatment includes the movement and increase of dietary plant supplements (fresh vegetables, bread, fruits, etc.), increased intake of liquids - water, fruit juices, etc., increase of physical activity (sports, walking, etc.) .). It is advisable to consult your doctor or pharmacist about such a fiber diet.
Transilanine should be administered under medical supervision in bedridden patients or with limited physical activity. Adult patients should be provided with sufficient water and fluid intake.
When taken according to dosage recommendations, each dose yields up to 3.6 grams of fructose. Not suitable for congenital fructose intolerance.
Taking other medicines
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription:
because of the potential to reduce the absorption of other drugs, such as lithium or iron products, they should be taken half an hour after Transilan's intake;
not to be taken concomitantly with peristalsis-retardant products such as opium tincture and loperamide due to a danger of obstruction in the lung;
insulin-dependent diabetes may require dose adjustment. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor strictly the level of blood sugar in these patients.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
The use of this product during pregnancy should be avoided, if necessary under medical supervision. Tell your doctor if you become pregnant while you are using this product, only you can decide whether to continue the treatment.

Driving and using machines
There is no described influence of this medicinal product on the ability to drive or use machines.
Important information about some of the ingredients of Transylvan
Transilsan contains a source of phenylalanine. May be harmful to people with phenylketonuria.
If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this product.
3. HOW TO TAKE TRANSILANE
If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Transilance is taken orally. Dust from a sachet is poured into a large glass of water. Mix with a scoop and drink immediately.
Applied only to adults.
Unless otherwise prescribed, the usual dose is 1 sachet morning and evening before meals.
If you forget to take Transilan
Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.

4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, Transilan can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them:

5. HOW TO STORE TRANSILANE
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Do not use Transilance after the expiry date which is stated on the carton.
The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Store below 30 ° C.
Store in the original package.

What does Transilan contain?
The active substance is: hemicellulose from live seeds.
Each sachet contains hemicellulose from the seeds of a lover. (plantaginis ovatae semenis hemicellulose) - 3 g.
The other ingredients are: fructose, anhydrous citric acid, plum flavor, aspartame, colloidal anhydrous silica.
