TAMSOL modified release capsules 0,4 mg
The active substance is 0,4 mg tamsulosin hydrochloride in each modified release capsule.
The ingredients are:
Filling: calcium stearate, triethyl citrate, talc, methacrylic acid - etilakrilov 1:1 copolymer (including: polysorbate 80, sodium lauryl sulfate), microcrystalline cellulose. Capsule shell: iron oxide yellow (E172), black iron oxide (E172), red iron oxide (E172), titanium dioxide (E171), gelatin.
Filling: white or light gray, containing grains
Capsule shell: size ? 2 plug: standard matte brown, Body: matte light beige.

WHAT TAMSOL modified release capsules 0,4 MG AND WHAT IT IS USED
Tamsol used for the treatment of symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men, difficulty urinating, urinary incontinence (incontinence) of urine, frequent or urgent need to urinate.
BEFORE THE APPLICATION OF TAMSOL modified release capsules 0,4 MG
Do not take Tamsol modified release capsules 0,4 mg:
If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to tamsulosin hydrochloride or any of the excipients.
If you suffer from severe liver disease.
If you feel dizzy when you stand up or sit down.
Before starting treatment, you should inform your doctor if you suffer from any other disease, especially kidney damage and liver diseases of the cardiovascular system.
Taking other medicines:
Please tell your doctor if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, even those not on prescription. Some drugs (eg drugs, protecting against blood clots called antikoagupanti-inflammatory drugs such as diclofenac) may influence the effect of tamsulosin. Therefore, you can take with tamsulosin only medications that your doctor allows.
Tamsol modified release capsules 0,4 mg is intended for male patients.
Driving and operating machinery
Tamsol modified release capsules 0,4 mg may adversely affect the ability to drive and use machines. It should be borne in mind that some patients may experience somnolence, blurred vision, dizziness, and syncope.
HOW TO TAKE TAMSOL modified release capsules 0,4 MG
Always Tamsol modified release capsules 0,4 mg exactly as your doctor prescribes. If the drug is not prescribed by your doctor, the usual dose is one capsule daily, to be taken every day after the same meal. The capsule should be swallowed whole and should not be chewed or crunching.
If you miss Tamsol modified release capsules 0,4 mg:
Take the missed capsule on the same day. The next day, however, do not take a double dose, continue treatment with one capsule a day.
If you accept Tamsol modified release capsules 0,4 mg more than you should:
Talk to your doctor or visit the emergency room of the nearest hospital because the consequences of accidental or deliberate overdose may require medical intervention.
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, Tamsol modified release capsules 0,4 mg can also cause adverse reactions.
Lightheadedness, especially when sitting down or getting up from a chair or bed, retrograde ejaculation (ejaculation into the bladder), fatigue, headache, palpitations, nasal or runny nose can meet hypersensitivity reactions such as redness, itching and local swelling. Rarely seen weakness.
Very rare priapism (painful, persistent, involuntary erection of the penis), in this case require immediate medical attention.
If you feel dizzy or faint, sit or lie down until you feel better.
If you notice any side effects not listed in this leaflet, please tell your doctor.

Keep out of reach of children. No special storage conditions for this product.
Do not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging.
