The other ingredients are:
Filler: calcium stearate, triethyl citrate, talc, methacrylic acid copolymer -etilakrilov 1: 1 (including, polysorbate 80, sodium lauryl sulfate), microcrystalline cellulose.
Capsule shell: yellow iron oxide (E172), black iron oxide (E172), red iron oxide (E172), titanium dioxide (E171), gelatin.
Filling: white or light gray, containing grains Capsule shell: size №2; plug: standard matt brown body: matt fawn.

1. WHAT TAMSOL modified release capsule 0,4 MG AND WHAT IT IS USED
Tamsol used for the treatment of symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men, such as difficulty in urination, incontinence (incontinence) of urine, frequent and urgent need to urinate.
2. BEFORE APPLICATION OF MODIFIED TAMSOL CAPSULES OSVOB0ZHDAVANE 0,4 MG
Do not take Tamsol modified release capsule 0,4 mg:
- If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to tamsulosin hydrochloride or any of the excipients of the drug.
- If you suffer from severe liver disease.
- If you feel dizzy when you stand or sit.
Before starting treatment, you should tell your doctor if you suffer from any other disease, especially kidney damage and liver diseases of the cardiovascular system.
Taking other medicines:
Please tell your doctor if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, even those not on prescription. Some drugs (e.g., drugs, protection against coagulation called anticoagulants, anti-inflammatory drugs such as diclofenac) can influence the effect of tamsulosin. Therefore, you can take together with tamsulosin only drugs that your doctor allowed.
Tamsol modified release capsule 0,4 mg is intended for male patients.
Driving and using machines
Tamsol modified release capsules 0.4 mg may adversely affect the ability to drive and use machines. Must take into account that some patients may occur drowsiness, blurred vision, dizziness and syncope.
3. HOW TO TAKE TAMSOL modified release capsule 0,4 MG
Always take Tamsol modified release capsule 0,4 mg exactly as your doctor has prescribed. If the drug is not prescribed by your doctor, the usual dose is one capsule daily, to be taken every day after the same meal. The capsule should be swallowed whole and must not be chewed or crunching.
If you miss Tamsol modified release capsule 0,4 mg:
Take the missed capsule on the same day. The next day, however, do not take a double dose; continue therapy with one capsule a day.
If you take Tamsol modified release capsule 0,4 mg more than you need:
Talk to your doctor or visit the emergency room at the nearest hospital, because the consequences of accidental or intentional overdose might require medical intervention.
4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, Tamsol modified release capsule 0,4 mg can also cause side effects.
Lightheadedness, especially when sitting down or standing up from a chair or bed; retrograde ejaculation (ejaculation into the bladder), fatigue, headache, palpitations, congestion or runny nose; can meet hypersensitivity reactions such as redness, itching and local swelling. Rarely observed weakness.
Very rare priapism (painful, permanent, involuntary erection of the penis), in this case require immediate medical attention. If you feel dizzy or faint, sit or lie down until you feel better.
