Sermion is used in acute and chronic cerebral metabolic-vascular disorders (disorders of nutrition and blood supply to the brain) due to arteriosclerosis (blood vessel disease), thrombosis (blood clot in a blood vessel by a blood clot) and embolism of cerebral vessels (obstructions of cerebral vessels detached from elsewhere clot), transient disorders of cerebral circulation (transient ischemic attack).
Before you start to take your medicine
You should not Sermion , if:
you are allergic to any of the ingredients;
have had a recent myocardial infarction;
have an acute hemorrhage;
have a severe bradycardia (slow heart rate);
get dizzy or fainting when standing up from a lying position.

Precautions treatment Sermion
If Sermion be taken as recommended by your doctor, it does not affect blood pressure. People with hypertension can cause, however, the gradual decrease in blood pressure.
