Each coated tablet contains 10 mg nicergoline.
 
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose.
 
Film coating: acacia, rubber sandarac, rosin, talc, magnesium carbonate, dye (E171), carnauba wax, sucrose.
 
Each package contains 50 coated tablets.
 

Sermion . 10 mg
 

Sermion used under the following conditions:

 Acute and chronic cerebral metabolic-vascular disorders (disorders of nutrition and blood supply to the brain) due to arteriosclerosis (blood vessel disease), thrombosis (blood clot in a blood vessel by a blood clot) and embolism of cerebral vessels (blockage of brain vessels detached from elsewhere clot), transient disorders of cerebral circulation (transient ischemic attacks);
 
 Acute and chronic peripheral metabolic-vascular disorders (eating disorders, and blood flow to the extremities (organic and functional limb arteriopathy, disease, Raynaud, other syndromes associated with impaired blood flow);
 Headache;
t Supplementary therapy of hypertension.
Before you start to take your medicine should not take Sermion ®, if:
 you are allergic to any of the ingredients; 
 You had a recent myocardial infarction;
 you have severe bleeding;
 have severe bradycardia (slow heart rate)
 get dizzy or fainting when standing up from a lying position.

Precautions treatment Sermion
If Sermion ® be taken as recommended by your doctor, it does not affect blood pressure. People with hypertension can cause, however, the gradual decrease in blood pressure.
If you have kidney problems, tell your doctor. He may decide to reduce the dose of the drug.
Tell your doctor if you have elevated uric acid or suffer from gout. He will decide how to take the medicine. 

Pregnancy and lactation

Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. He will decide whether to take the medicine and how to do it.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding always consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking any medicine. 
Can Sermion  be taken with other drugs 
Tell your doctor if you take medicines used to lower blood pressure (calcium channel blockers, beta blockers, ACE inhibitors, diuretics, etc..) And if you are taking any medications for gout and lower levels uric acid.
It is advisable to tell your doctor about all the medicines you are taking, whether prescribed by your doctor or purchased without a prescription.
In what doses are administered Sermion  
Please follow the recommendations on the use of Sermion ®, which you get from your doctor, otherwise Sermion ® may not be as effective.
Sermion ® is administered at a dose of 5-10 mg three times a day at regular intervals.
Dose, duration of treatment and the route of administration depend on the clinical situation. Sometimes it is better to start treatment parenterally and continued with oral maintenance therapy:
Patients with impaired kidney function, your doctor may decide to reduce the dose of Sermion ®, if you have kidney disease.

How to take Sermion

It is advisable to take your medicine at regular intervals three times a day, preferably between meals. Sermion ® can be used for treatment. 
What should you do if you take too many tablets Sermion ® (overdose) 
It is unlikely that you may experience some symptoms in case you take more Sermion ®, than is prescribed. However, it is advisable to consult a doctor. 
What should you do if you forget to take a dose Sermion ® 
Do not take a double dose, and go back as before.

Causes you Sermion  side effects 

Generally, Sermion ® is well tolerated. There have been a few rare cases of adverse reactions that are clinically severe, such as hypotension (low blood pressure), stomach disorders such as dyspepsia (indigestion), nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, flushing, skin rash, drowsiness and insomnia.
If side effects occur, please tell your doctor. He will decide on the further behavior. If you notice symptoms that are not listed here, please tell your doctor or pharmacist.
Can you drive a car or operate machinery and loads while taking Sermion ® 
So far no evidence of negative effects of Sermion ® on ability to drive and use machines, or unsafe places.   
Storage Instructions
Look after your medicine! This medicine is for you. Do not give it to others. It may not be appropriate.
Do not store above 25 ° C. 
It should not be taken after Labelling date.
