QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION
1 tablet contains 30 mg ambroxol hydrochloride (ambroxol hydrochloride)
Excipients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch , povidone and magnesium stearate.
2 . SOLVOLAN WHAT IS AND WHAT IT IS USED
Solvolan reduces resilience and density of the bronchial mucosa , facilitates expectoration , relieves breathing difficulties , suppresses cough reflex and increases resistance to respiratory infections.
This medicinal product is indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic respiratory diseases, accompanied by cough and expectoration of thick ( viscous ) phlegm .
3 . Before taking SOLVOLAN
Who should not take Solvolan ?
- Have a known hypersensitivity to ambroxol or to any of the excipients of the medicinal product
- In the presence of severe hepatic or renal impairment
Precautions and warnings
During treatment with Solvolan drink more fluids than usual.
Do not give the tablets to children under 14 years of age.
Patients with gastric ulcer should be carefully monitored .
Taking Solvolan with food and drink
Take this medicine after meals.
Pregnancy and lactation
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking any medicine.
Although there is no evidence that Solvolan have harmful effects on the fetus , risk can not be excluded. Therefore it is not recommended during pregnancy . Since it is not known whether Solvolan passes into breast milk , its use during lactation is not recommended.
Effects on ability to drive and use machines
It is not known Solvolan not affect the ability of patients to drive or operate machinery.
What other drugs could interact with Solvolan ?
There are no known interactions with other medicines. You can take Solvolan concomitantly with other medicinal products for the treatment of respiratory and heart disease and antibiotics.

4 . HOW TO TAKE SOLVOLAN
Dosage and method of administration
Solvolan tablets are indicated for the treatment navazrastni and children over 14 years of age. The usual dose of tablets Solvolan in adults and children over 14 years of age is one tablet three times daily. In the case of long-term treatment (more than 10 days) , the patient should take 1 tablet 2 times daily.
Take the tablets after meals with liquid.
If you take more than you should Solvolan
If you take a higher dose of the medicinal product, or give your child one than you should , you should consult your doctor immediately !
If you forget to take Solvolan
Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose!
Take the next dose at the usual time .
5 . POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, Solvolan can have side effects.
Nervous System Disorders
- Common: headache.
Respiratory, thoracic and mediastinal disorders
- Rare: drying of the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, fever
- Common: nausea , vomiting, diarrhea
gastrointestinal disorders ( indigestion )
- Rare : dry mouth, increased salivation , constipation
Renal and urinary disorders
- Rare : dysuria ( discomfort when urinating ) .
General disorders and administration site conditions
- Very rare : fatigue
Immune system disorders
- Rare : hypersensitivity reactions (especially the skin ) .
Side effects are rare and mild, and discontinuation of treatment may be necessary in exceptional cases.

6 . STORAGE SOLVOLAN
