RULID 150 mg. 10 tablets
1 tablet contains: Roxithromycin (roxithromycin) 150 mg
Excipients: hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol, polyvidone, colloidal anhydrous silicate, magnesium stearate, talc, starch, methylhydroxypropylcellulose, anhydrous glucose, titanium dioxide, propylene glycol in one tablet.
Packing - primary packaging - blisters; secondary packaging - carton of 10 and 16 tablets.

WHEN TO BE USED OF THIS MEDICINE?
(INDICATIONS) RULID is indicated for the treatment of certain bacterial infections caused by susceptible microorganisms.
WHEN DO NOT USE THIS MEDICINE? (CONTRACTIONS)
This medicine MUST NOT BE USED in the following cases:
- Allergy to macrolides or any of the other ingredients.
- In combination with ergotamine and dihydroergotamine (medicines prescribed for migraine).
- In combination with cisapride (a medicine used to treat gastro-oesophageal reflux).

HOW TO USE THIS MEDICINE
The dosage and duration of treatment is determined by the attending physician.
Adults: 2 tablets daily
METHOD AND ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION
Through the mouth.
Swallow the tablet with a glass of water.
FREQUENCY AND TIME OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE MEDICINE
1 tablet morning and evening. The tablet should be taken before a meal.
LENGTH OF TREATMENT
In order to be effective, the antibiotic should be taken regularly at the prescribed doses, observing the deadline recommended by your doctor. The disappearance of fever and / or other symptoms does not mean that you have fully recovered. Weakness is not considered to be related to antibiotic treatment but to infection. It is advisable to continue the therapy until the suspension or reduction of the daily dose would have no effect on the weakness, on the other hand this could delay the recovery from the infectious process.
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS

Gastrointestinal reactions: nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea
- Dizziness, headaches, tingling.
- Temporary elevation of some liver enzymes (AST, ALT) and rarely cholestatic hepatitis.
- Rarely severe hypersensitivity reactions: urticaria, angioedema, stopping breathing.
- Allergic reactions: rash, urticaria, rarely purple eruptions (small red or blue spots).
