The substance is Escin. Each gastro-resistant tablet contains 20 mg Escin.

Other ingredients: povidone, magnesium stearate, talc, acacia, poly / ethyl acrylate, methacrylic acid / macrogol 8000, sodium hydroxide, sodium croscarmellose, triethyl citrate, simethicone emulsion, titanium dioxide E171, lactose monohydrate, colloidal silica anhydrous Sucrose, beeswax, carnauba wax and white.
 

WHAT REPARIL GASTRO-RESISTANT TABLETS AND WHAT IT IS USED

BEFORE YOU GET REPARIL gastro-resistant tablets

Do not take Reparil gastro-resistant tablets:
  In sktsin proven allergy to any of the other ingredients;
  Renal failure or kidney.
 

PREGNANCY

Reparil gastro-resistant tablets should not be used during pregnancy because animal studies are insufficient with regard to effects on pregnancy and embryonic and fetal development. observations for use in pregnant women has not been documented.
 

BREASTFEEDING

Since we do not know to what extent the active substance passes into breast milk during treatment should not breastfeed.
 

CHILDREN

Reparil gastro-resistant tablets should not be used by children under 7 years. 
Important information about some of the ingredients of Reparil gastro-resistant tablets, special warnings and precautions for use:
Patients with rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, fructose, lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption, intolerance or lack of sucrase-isomaltase should not be used Reparil tablets because they contain lactose and sucrose.
If after taking medicine symptoms persist or condition worsens, consult a doctor.
Concomitant use with food and beverages

DRIVE AND USE MACHINES

Concomitant use with other medicines: 
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, even those that are without a prescription.
The effects of anticoagulants may be increased by estsin.
 
Concomitant use of aminoglycoside antibiotics type / eg. gentamicin / should be avoided because they can not completely exclude the possibility of their toxicity on the kidneys to increase. 
Connecting estsin plasma proteins may be affected by antibiotics. Cephalothin and ampicillin, for example, cause the concentration of serum free estsin.
Therefore, these substances should not be administered simultaneously with Reparil tablets.
 

HOW TO BE WORN REPARIL gastro-resistant tablets

Always Reparil exactly as directed by your doctor. If you are unsure, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Adults and adolescents over 14 years should receive an initial dose of 2 tablets three times daily after meals with some liquid. In mild cases or maintenance dose should be taken 1 tablet 3 times daily. 
Children between 7 and 14 years should take 1 tablet 2 or 3 times a day after meals with some liquid. 
If you feel that the effect of Reparil is too strong or too weak, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
 

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS

Like all medicines, Reparil can have side effects 
In very rare cases can occur hypersensitivity reactions eg. urticaria. Not often can occur gastrointestinal disorders.
