What is the active ingredient ?
The active ingredient is rabeprazole sodium. Each yellow tablet contains 20 mg Pariet rabeprazole sodium.
The tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: mannitol , magnesium oxide, low substituted hyprolose , hyprolose , magnesium stearate , ethylcellulose, hipromelozov diacetylated monoglycerides , talc, titanium dioxide ( E171 ), yellow iron oxide (E172), carnauba wax and ink ( E904 ) , soya lecithin (E322 ), DC1510 and propylene glycol.

Why take Pariet ?
Pariet tablets are used to treat patients with diagnosed active duodenal ulcer , active benign gastric ulcer ( peptic ulcers) , symptomatic erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD ) , usually associated with inflammation of the esophagus caused by regurgitation of gastric acidity and related complaints. Pariet apply to long-term treatment of GERD (symptomatic GERD ) . Pariet may also be prescribed to patients where the stomach produces very large amounts of acid, a condition known as syndrome called Zollinger -Ellison Syndrome . In combination with two antibiotics (clarithromycin and amoxicillin PARIET be used for the eradication of the infection caused by H. pylori in patients with peptic ulcer disease . Pariet is not recommended for use in children .
Before you start using Pariet
Do not take this medication without consulting your doctor. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if:

USE OF Pariet

If you take too many tablets
