PIASCLEDINE WHAT IS AND WHAT IT IS USED
PIASCLEDINE belongs to a new class SYSADOA ( Symptomatic slow acting drugs for osteoarthritis ) , which are characterized by a delayed action .
PIASCLEDINE be used:
in rheumatology symptomatic (pain and impaired function) slow-acting treatment for osteoarthritis of the hip and knee ;
in dentistry for symptomatic slow-acting treatment of periodontitis .
2 . WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE YOU TAKE PIASCLEDINE
Do not take PIASCLEDINE :
if you are allergic to any of the active substances or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in Section 6).
PIASCLEDINE should not be taken during pregnancy and lactation .
Warnings and Precautions
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking PIASKLEDIN . PIASKLEDIN belongs to a new class SYSADOA ( Symptomatic slow acting drugs for osteoarthritis ) , which are characterized by a delayed action . Therefore , it may be necessary to apply a combination of NSAIDs and / or analgesics to the beginning of treatment with PIASKLEDIN as their dose reduced to increase the effect of PIASCLEDINE .
Excipient E321 is irritating to eyes, skin and mucous membranes .
Other medicines and PIASCLEDINE

Pregnancy and lactation

Driving and using machines
PIASCLEDINE no effect when driving or operating machinery.
3 . HOW TO TAKE PIASCLEDINE
Always take this medicine exactly as your told your doctor or pharmacist. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
PIASCLEDINE administered orally .
The recommended daily dose is a hard gelatin capsule with meals . The hard gelatin capsule is swallowed without chewing with a large glass of water.
If you take more dose PIASCLEDINE
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if swallowed at high dose.
If you forget to take PIASCLEDINE
Continue with the next dose as normal.
Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.
If you have any further questions on the use of this medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
4 . POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them .
Some patients have reported the following side effects:
belching , which may prevent the capsule is taken at the time of feeding ;
Rare cases of hypersensitivity reactions to any otsastavkite the medicinal product;
Very rare cases of liver disorders , including changes in liver function ;
diarrhea , stomach pain .

5 . HOW TO STORE PIASKLEDIN
Do not store above 25 ° C.

unsaponifiable fraction of Soy (unsaponified fraction of Soybean oil): 200.00 mg.
Anhydrous colloidal silica (Aerosil): 7.00 mg;
Butylhydroxytoluene (E 321 ): 0.03 mg.
Capsule shell : gelatin , polysorbate 80 , titanium dioxide , erythrosine , yellow iron oxide.
