PENTILIN WHAT IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR?
Each prolonged-release tablet Pentilin contains 400 mg pentoxifylline.
Packs of 20 tablets. They are packaged in 2 blisters of 10 tablets. Pentilin tablets are white, oval, biconvex, film-coated tablets.
Pentoxifylline acts on the viscosity of blood by reducing the connection of its components, and the spontaneous increase in the deformability of erythrocytes. This has a beneficial effect on the circulatory system diseases of the peripheral and cerebral arteries, improves blood flow to small vessels and the supply of tissues with oxygen.
This medicine is used to:

2. BEFORE YOU TAKE PENTILIN
Do not take Pentilin:
if you are hypersensitive to pentoxifylline or any of the excipients of Pentilin

3. HOW TO TAKE PENTILIN?
Always take Pentilin exactly as directed by your doctor. If you are not sure, you should consult with your doctor or pharmacist. The dosage depends on the severity of the disease.
The usual starting dose is 1 tablet of 400 mg Pentilin three times daily.
Dosage in patients with impaired renal function, and those on hemodialysis is determined by the doctor.
