Nolvadex WHAT IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR?

Do not take Nolvadex
 If you have ever had an allergic reaction to tamoxifen or to any of its ingredients.
 If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant.
Tamoxifen should not be given to children.
Pay particular attention to:
 If you take contraceptive measures should be aware that some contraceptives are affected by tamoxifen. Please contact your doctor.
If you have abnormal vaginal bleeding or other gynecological symptoms while taking Nolvadex and for some time afterwards. This is because a number of changes in the endometrium, some may be serious and even cancer.

Pregnancy and lactation

HOW TO TAKE Nolvadex?

Follow your doctor's instructions about when and how to take the tablets.
The usual dose for breast cancer is 20 mg to 40 mg daily.
Nolvadex is generally taken once or twice daily.
Try to take the medicine at the same time each day.
Do not stop taking your tablets even if you feel well, unless your doctor advises you to do so.
If you take Clomid more than they should
If you take more than your normal dose, contact your doctor immediately or nearest hospital.
If you forget to take a dose
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember but do not take two doses at once.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS

 Vaginal itching

 Stomach problems
 Headache
 Sensitivity to light
Fluid retention
 Hypertriglyceridaemia in some cases with pancreatitis
 Skin rashes, itching, or peeling skin
 Hair Loss
 Liver problems such as jaundice
 Disturbances in vision
 Difficulties in vision due to cataracts, changes in the cornea or retinal disease.
 Ovarian cysts
Increased risk of occurrence of thrombosis
 Inflammation of the lungs, which can manifest as pneumonia, shortness of breath or cough.
Stiff legs
 Sudden weakness or paralysis of the arms or legs, sudden difficulty speaking, walking, difficulty holding objects or difficulty thinking, all of which can occur because blood flow to the cerebral vessels is reduced. These symptoms could be signs of a stroke.
IMMEDIATELY stop taking Nolvadex in the following cases, tell your doctor:
