WHAT WOULD NOLIPREL-FORTE AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR?
NOLIPREL BI-FORTE is a combination of two active ingredients perindopril and indapamide. He antihipertinzivno and is used to treat high blood pressure. Prescribed to patients already taking 10 mg of perindopril and indapamide 2.5 mg in a single tablet, these patients may instead take one tablet Noliprel Bi-Forte, which contains two components.
What used Noliprel Bi-Forte?
Perindopril belongs to a class of drugs called ACE inhibitors. They work by widening the blood vessels, making it easier for the heart to pump blood through them. Indapamide is a diuretic. Diuretics increase the amount of urine produced by the kidneys. Indapamide, however, is different from other diuretics, as it leads to a very slight increase in the amount of urine formed. Each of the active ingredients reduces blood pressure, but taken together they lead to better control your blood pressure.
BEFORE YOU WOULD NOLIPREL-FORTE
It would not take Noliprel-forte:
If you are allergic to perindopril or any other ACE inhibitor, or indapamide or other sulfonamide or any of the other ingredients of Noliprel Bi-forte.
If you have symptoms such as wheezing, swelling of the face or tongue, intense itching or severe skin rash, with previous treatment with an ACE inhibitor or if your blood relatives have had under other circumstances such symptoms;
If you have severe liver disease or suffer from a condition called hepatic encephalopathy;
If you have kidney disease or are on dialysis;
If you have high or low blood potassium levels;
If you suspect that you have untreated heart failure / dezhka retention, shortness of breath /;
If you are pregnant after the third month;
If you are breastfeeding
Taking other medicines:
Should be avoided Noliprel Bi-forte with:
Potassium-sparing diuretics, potassium salts.
Treatment with Soliprel Bi-forte may be affected by other drugs. Be sure to tell your doctor if you are taking any of these medications, as they may need special attention:
Other medications to treat high blood pressure;
Terfenadine or astemizole;
Corticosteroids used to treat various conditions, including. severe asthma and rheumatoid arthritis;
An immunosuppressant used to treat autoimmune disorders or after transplant surgery to prevent graft rejection;
Medicines to treat cancer;
Medicines used for heart rhythm problems;
Digoxin or other sarzechni glycosides;
Medicines to treat diabetes, such as insulin or metformin;
Calcium supplements including calcium supplements;
Laxatives that promote bowel movements;
Amphotericin B injections;
Medicines to treat mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia;
PREGNANCY and BREAST-FEEDING:
Consult a doctor before taking any medicine during pregnancy.
Usually your doctor will advise you to stop taking Noliprel Bi-forte before you become pregnant or as soon as you know you are pregnant and will advise you to take another medicine instead.
Noliprel Bi-forte is contraindicated in mothers who are breastfeeding and your doctor may choose another treatment for you if you want to breast-feed, especially if your baby is newborn, or was born prematurely.
HOW WOULD YOU TAKE NOLIPREL-Fort?
Always take your medicine exactly as your doctor has said. If you're not sure, ask. The usual dose is one tablet daily. It is preferable to take the tablet in the morning and before meals. Take the tablet with a glass of water.
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
If you experience any of the following happen, stop taking drug immediately and tell your doctor immediately.
Swelling of the face, lips, mouth, tongue or throat, difficulty in breathing.
Severe dizziness or fainting.
Unusually fast or irregular heartbeat.
Common side effects - headache, dizziness, vertigo, numbness, visual disturbances, tinnitus, dizziness due to low blood pressure, cough, shortness of breath, gastrointestinal disorders, allergic reactions, muscle cramps, feeling tired .
Uncommon - mood swings, sleep disturbances, bronchospasm, angioedema, urticaria, purpura, kidney problems, impotence, sweating.
Very rare - confusion, cardiovascular disorders, heart attack, rhinitis, severe skin manifestations such as erythema multiforme. If you suffer from systemic lupus erythematosus, may deteriorate. There have been reports of outbreaks of photosensitivity after exposure to sunlight or artificial UV rays.
Possible blood disorders, kidney, liver or pancreas and changes in laboratory parameters. You may have your doctor give you blood tests to monitor your condition.
In cases of liver failure risk of the occurrence of hepatic encephalopathy. If any of the side effects gets serious, or you notice other effects not listed in this leaflet, please tell your doctor.
What would Noliprel-forte:
The active substances are perindopril and indapamide Argyll. One tablet contains 10 mg perindopril arginine and indapamide 2.5 mg.
The other ingredients in the tablet core are: lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, silica, hydrophobic colloidal sodium starch glycolate, and in the film-coating: glycerol, hypromellose, macrogol, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide.
