What Naklofen?
Naklofen tablets contain diclofenac, which belongs to NSAID anti-inflammatory , analgesic and temperature decreasing effect. The main mechanism of action is the inhibition - of prostaglandin synthesis , it is used to treat all forms of rheumatic joint diseases and for the relief of various types of pain . The tablets are coated with an acid- resistant film and does not dissolve , until they reach the intestine.
 
What is it used Naklofen?
Diseases which require the relief of pain and inflammation :
• Inflammatory Rheumatic Diseases
• degenerative rheumatism and the joints of the spine
• Arthritis caused by the crystals of uric acid ( gout and pseudogout )
• non-arthritic rheumatism ( periarthritis , bursitis, myositis, tendinitis, synovitis )
• Inflammatory or painful conditions of the musculoskeletal
As an analgesic , in soft tissue injuries , in dental procedures , after surgical interventions.
 
2 . Before taking NAKLOFEN
Tell your doctor if you have any chronic illness , currency infringement if you are allergic or if you take other medicines.
 
Who should not take Naklofen?
You should not Naklofen:
• if you are allergic to diclofenac or any other ingredients of this medicine
• if you have active bleeding or recurrent gastric or duodenal ulcer (also in the past),
• if the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs , salicylates , or have caused difficulties in breathing ( asthma ), urticaria , or inflammation of the nose ( rhinitis ). Naklofen should not be given to children under 1 year of age .
 
Precautions and warnings

- In severe renal or hepatic failure
- In other gastrointestinal disorders, particularly inflammatory bowel disease ( ulcerative colitis or Morbus Crohn, as may occur recurrence or exacerbation of the disease ) .
Patients who have a history of diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract , have to be carefully monitored during treatment with diclofenac. Administration of this drug should be avoided in metabolism disorders of blood pigments ( porphyria ), which is a very rare disorder . 3 . How to take NAKLOFEN
Dosage and method of administration
Strictly follow the instructions of the physician. You should not change the dose or interrupt treatment without first consulting your doctor.
Adults were given 100 to 150 mg per day , depending on the severity of the disease (one tablet of 50 mg 2 or 3 times a day). The usual maintenance dose is 100 mg diclofenac daily.

4 . POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines , Naklofen can have side effects.
Generally, these tablets do not cause problems. But sometimes they can cause side effects in some people. They are mild to moderate and npexodni .
Possible gastrointestinal side effects (abdominal pain , diarrhea, constipation, heartburn , nausea, vomiting ) , but usually did not require discontinuation of treatment.
Prolonged use of high doses may increase the risk of gastrointestinal adverse effects ( an exception may occur peptic ulcer or bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract) . Rarely skin rash, itching , peripheral edema (swelling of extremities ), fatigue , dizziness, vertigo , and increased liver enzymes. Very rarely hypersensitivity reactions (bronchospasm , the symptoms of which include difficulty in breathing , angioedema (swelling of the head and neck) , anaphylactic reactions or photosensitivity ), headache , drowsiness, insomnia , tinnitus , leukopenia ( reduction in the number white blood cell count ) and thrombocytopenia (reduced platelet count ) . Prolonged use of high doses of salicylates and NSAIDs can cause deterioration of renal function or even kidney failure.
