Naklofen tablets contain diclofenac, which belongs to NSAID anti-inflammatory , analgesic and temperature decreasing effect. The main mechanism of action is the inhibition - of prostaglandin synthesis , it is used to treat all forms of rheumatic joint diseases and for the relief of various types of pain . The tablets are coated with an acid- resistant film and does not dissolve , until they reach the intestine.
What is it used Naklofen?
Diseases which require the relief of pain and inflammation :
• Inflammatory Rheumatic Diseases

2 . Before taking NAKLOFEN

Who should not take Naklofen?
You should not Naklofen:
• if you are allergic to diclofenac or any other ingredients of this medicine
• if you have active bleeding or recurrent gastric or duodenal ulcer (also in the past),
• if the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs , salicylates , or have caused difficulties in breathing ( asthma ), urticaria , or inflammation of the nose ( rhinitis ). Naklofen should not be given to children under 1 year of age .
Precautions and warnings

Patients who have a history of diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract , have to be carefully monitored during treatment with diclofenac. 3 . How to take NAKLOFEN
Dosage and method of administration

4 . POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines , Naklofen can have side effects.
Generally, these tablets do not cause problems. But sometimes they can cause side effects in some people. They are mild to moderate and npexodni .
Possible gastrointestinal side effects (abdominal pain , diarrhea, constipation, heartburn , nausea, vomiting ) , but usually did not require discontinuation of treatment.
