What does capsules?

Gopten 4 mg capsules are used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). Capsules may be prescribed and to protect the heart from heart attack.


1. Do not start taking Gopten 4 mg capsules if you answer "Yes" to any of these questions:
  Are you pregnant? Are you planning a pregnancy? Are you breast feeding? (It is important to avoid becoming pregnant and not breast-feed while taking Gopten 4 mg capsules).
  Are you aware that you have a condition called aortic stenosis (narrowing of one of the heart valves) or other obstructions that slow blood flow in the heart?
  Are you allergic (sensitive) to trandolapril or any of the excipients in Gopten 4 mg capsules?
  Have you ever had a condition known as angioedema or Quincke's edema? (This is a severe allergic skin reaction.)
2. If you answer "Yes" to any of begging after the introduction, you should tell your doctor or matsevt lighthouse, before taking Gopten 4 mg:

3. Be sure to tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any of the following:
 other medicines for high blood pressure.
  Diuretics (water tablets) or potassium supplements.
  Anti-inflammatory painkillers (eg ibuprofen, diclofenac, indomethacin).
  Lithium or tricyclic antidepressants (eg, amitriptyline, dothiepin).
  Medicines group called strong tranquilizers (eg chlorpromazine. Thioridazine, Flew-pentiksol).

Some people may be allergic to Gopten 4 mg. If you develop a rash or itching, contact your doctor or pharmacist as soon as possible. If you develop wheezing or noisy breathing or swelling, not the face, mouth or throat, stop taking the capsules and immediately contact a doctor. If you have any other unusual symptoms while taking the capsules, tell your doctor or pharmacist.


Do not take the capsules after the expiry date stated on the packaging. Store capsules in a dry place. Keep out of sight and out of reach of children, because your medicine may harm them. Store at temperatures below 25 ° C.
