EURESPAL 80 mg prolonged release antibronhokonstriktiven and anti-inflammatory medicine. This drug is intended for the symptomatic treatment (cough and expectoration) in the course of broncho-pulmonary diseases.
2. BEFORE YOU TAKE EURESPAL 80 mg, prolonged-release tablets
Do not take EURESPAL 80 mg prolonged release:
If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to fenspirid or any of the other ingredients of EURESPAL 80 mg prolonged release
Take special care with EURESPAL 80 mg prolonged release
Taking other medicines
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.
Taking EURESPAL 80 mg, prolonged-release tablets with food and drink
EURESPAL 80 mg, prolonged-release tablets should be taken before meals
Pregnancy and lactation
Not recommended use of this medicine during pregnancy. If while taking the drug find that you are pregnant, stop treatment and consult your doctor to prescribe other appropriate treatment.
In the absence of data transmission in breast milk, breastfeeding should be avoided during treatment.
Ask your doctor and pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.

3. HOW TO TAKE EURESPAL 80 mg prolonged-release?
Always take EURESPAL 80 mg prolonged release just as you have been told your doctor. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure about something.
For adults only: the usual dose is one tablet 2 to 3 times daily.
If you take more than the amount EURESPAL 80 mg prolonged release
If you take too many tablets EURESPAL 80 mg, prolonged-release tablets, tell your doctor or pharmacist.
If you forget to take EURESPAL 80 mg prolonged release
Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten single dose. Continue with the next dose at the usual time.
If you stop taking EURESPAL 80 mg prolonged release
If you have any further questions on the use of this product, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines EURESPAL 80 mg, prolonged-release tablets can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Possible gastrointestinal disorders, nausea, stomach pain.
Rarely can appear moderate acceleration of the heartbeat, which disappears with dose reduction.
Rare reports of drowsiness and allergic reactions, hives, skin rashes, some cases of edema.
If any of the side effects gets serious, or you notice other effects not listed in this leaflet, please tell your doctor or pharmacist.
5. HOW TO STORE EURESPAL 80 mg, prolonged-release tablets?
Keep out of reach of children.
This medicine does not require any special storage conditions. Do not use EURESPAL 80 mg prolonged release after the expiry date stated on the outer packaging. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Medicines should not be disposed of in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines no longer required. These measures will help to protect the environment.
