Each sachet contains: 125 mg of simethicone (simeticone).
The other ingredients are: sorbitol, talc, malic acid, lemon flavor, creamy flavor.
Espumisan easy is available in packs of 8, 14 and 28 sachets 0,8 g granules in each.
1. WHAT Espumisan easy AND WHAT IT IS USED
Espumisan easy granules are produced by means of modern technology, containing simethicone - a substance that has properties to degrade the foam.
Espumisan easy use for the effective relief of flatulence (accumulation of gases in the gastrointestinal tract), and to reduce the feeling of discomfort, bloating, weight in the upper abdomen, and rumble in the gastrointestinal tract.
Espumisan easy rapidly dissolves in the mouth, thereby quickly the active substance reaches the gastrointestinal tract, where it acts.
Espumisan easy is available in individual sachets, which can carry with you at any time to relieve unpleasant symptoms of bloating or other conditions associated with the accumulation of gases. It is not necessary granules to be taken with water. They have a nice lemon flavor.
2. BEFORE YOU TAKE Espumisan easy
Do not take Espumisan easy, if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to simethicone or any of the other ingredients of Espumisan easy.
Pregnancy and lactation
In general, the simethicone may be used without restriction during pregnancy and lactation, as it is separated from the gut unchanged and is not absorbed in the body. However before use is recommended to consult a doctor.
Use in children
Espumisan-easy is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
Use in diabetics
Espumisan easy does not contain sugar, and can be administered to diabetics.
Each sachet is equivalent to 0.05 bread units (1 bread unit is equivalent to 12 g carbohydrate.
What precautions should be taken into account?
This medical product contains sorbitol. Please consult your doctor before taking Espumisan easy, if your doctor has told you that you have an intolerance to some sugars.

Always use Espumisan easy as recommended in these instructions. If you're not sure, check with your doctor or pharmacist.
How to dose Espumisan easy
Adults and adolescents over 14 years received the contents of one sachet at a time before or after a meal. If necessary, the contents of the sachet 1 can be adopted also in the evening before bedtime.
The dose may be increased up to 2 sachets at once, if necessary.
The daily dose should not exceed 8 sachets equivalent to 1000 mg simethicone.
Children 6 to 14 years received the contents of one sachet at a time before or after a meal. If necessary, the contents of the sachet 1 can be taken in the evening before bedtime.
The daily dose should not exceed 3 sachets equivalent to 375 mg simethicone.
How to take Espumisan easy
Admission is very convenient. Pour the granules directly on the tongue and swallow them. You can take some water then, if you wish. Take Espumisan easy to alleviate the discomfort, but not more than 30 days.
If your symptoms worsen or do not improve, you should consult a doctor.
If you forget to take Espumisan easy, continue to take it without changing the dose.
Overdose and other misuse
The active substance in the granules dissolves any foam in the gastrointestinal tract in a completely physical way, it is completely chemically and biologically inactive. Therefore practically poisoning due to overdose can not be excluded.
4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Simethicone act with full physical way and is not absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract. Therefore do not expect side effects of simethicone.

5. HOW TO STORE Espumisan easy
Do not use Espumisan easy after the expiry date stated on the box and on the sachet.

If the accumulation of gases decreases after about a week, you should visit a doctor. The accumulation of gas and feeling bloated at an empty stomach also have reason to consult a doctor. It is also recommended to visit a doctor if the stool consistency changes, the accumulation of gases is very painful, or has other symptoms besides the swelling.
