What is in your medicine?
1 tablet contains 6,25 mg carvedilol ( carvedilol ) .
Excipients : sucrose, lactose , povidone , silica colloidal anhydrous, crospovidone, magnesium stearate.
What are tablets Coryol?
Coryol tablets contain carvedilol, which belongs to a group of medicines called beta-blockers. Carvedilol reduces blood pressure and the incidence of heart attacks and prevents pain in the chest (angina) . It is beneficial in heart failure improves heart and appropriate alleviates disease. The effect on blood pressure and heart rate was most pronounced 1 to 2 hours after its adoption. Fully affect blood pressure is usually from 1 to 2 weeks.

Who should not take Coryol?

Precautions and warnings
At the beginning of treatment Coryol and increase the dosage be careful when standing. You may feel dizziness and vertigo, especially if you have heart failure if you are taking other drugs with blood pressure lowering effect or if you belong to a group of elderly patients . You should avoid drinking alcohol during treatment.
Inform your doctor if you have heart , kidney or liver disease , vascular disease , diabetes, psoriasis , increased thyroid gland or phaeochromocytoma .
Tell your doctor " if you have ever had low blood pressure, any allergic reaction or metabolic acidosis. Doctor will give you additional hints or will decide that Coryol is not the best medicine for you . If your condition gets worse, as rapidly consult your physician .

Pregnancy and lactation

What drugs may interact with Coryol?

Coryol can interact with many other drugs which may cause weakening or enhancing the effect of both Coryol, and other drugs. These include some drugs in heart rhythm disorder , high blood pressure , angina, diabetes or narcosis , and eye drops containing beta-blockers, decreasing catecholamine drugs ( eg monoamine oxidase inhibitors and reserpine ) , digoxin, ergot alkaloids , clonidine and drugs that act on the activity of hepatic enzymes, such as cimetidine and rifampicin .
Dosage and method of administration

If you forget to take Coryol
If you miss a dose you should take it as soon as possible . However, if it is almost time for your next dose , forget the previous and take your normal dose at the scheduled time. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.
What can occur when discontinuing treatment with Coryol?

If you take more Coryol, than necessary

Chronic heart failure :
