What is Broncho Vaxom and what it is used
Broncho - Vaxom belongs to a group of immunostimulatory products of bacterial origin .
Broncho - Vaxom stimulating the natural defense mechanisms of the body and increases the resistance to infections of the airways. Broncho - Vaxom is indicated for the prevention of recurrent infections of the upper and lower respiratory tract (for children 12 months to 12 years).
2 . Before taking Broncho - Vaxom
Do not take Broncho - Vaxom :
if you are allergic (hypersensitive ) to the active substance or to any of the ingredients of broncho - Vaksom ;
if you suffer from any autoimmune disease ;
if you have acute intestinal infections ;
if the child is less than 1 year old .
Take special care with Broncho - Vaxom
in case of high temperature ( insulated, higher than 39 ° C ) , especially at the beginning of the treatment. Persons caring for the patient should be informed about this side effect, which must be separated from the high temperatures associated with infections of the upper respiratory tract ;
if you suffer from asthma as during administration of broncho - Vaksom may cause asthma attacks : in such case Broncho - Vaxom should not be taken again ;
if your doctor has prescribed while other drugs , mainly antibiotics , you should not neglect their intake.
Taking other medicines
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines , including medicines obtained without a prescription ;
If you have received live vaccine orally , in the last 4 weeks: before and after treatment with an oral live vaccine should elapse a period of 4 weeks. Please tell your doctor if you are vaccinated with a live vaccine in the last week or will be vaccinated in the next four weeks ;

Pregnancy and lactation

It is not known whether the components of Broncho - Vaksom are secreted in human milk.

3 . How to take Broncho - Vaxom
Always take Broncho - Vaxom exactly as your doctor tells you . If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Please follow these instructions unless your doctor has advised otherwise.
The usual dose is ( children 12 months to 12 years) : 1 sachet (3,5 mg) daily for 10 consecutive days per month , with a break of 20 days, for three consecutive months.
Method of administration
Take the contents of the sachet fasting one hour before meals with some liquid (water , tea, fruit juice , milk , etc. . ) Morning before breakfast.
Duration of treatment
Your doctor will tell you how long you should take Broncho - Vaxom .
If you take more than the amount of Broncho - Vaxom
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you take more Broncho - Vaxom than necessary. It is not known whether larger doses may cause severe side effects.
There are case reports of intoxication Broncho - Vaxom .
If you forget to take Broncho - Vaxom
If you forget to take Broncho - Vaxom accept the contents of the sachet next as soon as you remember. If it is time for your next dose , wait and take the contents of the sachet in the scheme. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.
If you stop taking Broncho - Vaxom

4 . Possible side effects
Like all medicines, Broncho - Vaxom can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them .
Common side effects: gastrointestinal disturbances (nausea, vomiting , diarrhea and abdominal pain) , skin reactions (rash and redness) ; headache, dizziness .
Rare side effects: worsening cough , nasopharyngitis, laryngitis , sinusitis or bronchitis, and fatigue.
Most of these symptoms are transient, if you persist stop treatment and consult with your doctor.
Broncho - Vaxom can cause skin reactions are severe . If you develop a rash , stop treatment and consult with your doctor.

5 . How to store Broncho - Vaxom
Keep out of reach of children.
Store at temperatures below 25 ° C in the original package .
Do not use Broncho - Vaxom after the expiry date stated on the carton , together with the specification " EXP " . The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Do not use Broncho - Vaxom if you notice visible signs of deterioration of the product.
Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines no longer required . These measures will help to protect the environment.

What does Broncho - Vaxom
The active substance is standardized lyophilized bacterial lysates of bacteria that cause most respiratory infections : Haemophilus influenzae, Streptococcus (Diplococcus) pneumoniae, Klebsiella pneumonia and Klebsiella ozaenae, Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus viridans, Neisseria catarrhalis, 3,5 mg in sachet .
The other ingredients are propyl gallate (E 310 ), sodium glutamate, mannitol, modified maize starch ( pregelatinized ) , magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate.
