Almiral used to treat pain , inflammation and edema caused oh various conditions commonly affecting the joints, ligaments ( connection joints ) , ligaments and muscles of inflammatory , traumatic or degenerative in nature. Apply for local forms of non-arthritic rheumatism of the musculoskeletal system and as an adjunct in local forms of degenerative joint diseases such as osteoarthritis of the peripheral joints and spine
Before you start using Almiral !
You should tell your doctor or pharmacist before use if :
- You have experienced an allergic reaction , skin rash , wheezing or runny nose after taking aspirin or other painkillers ;
- You are allergic to diclofenac , aspirin, or other NSAIDs / NVGTVS / :
- Are allergic to propylene glycol or any of the excipients ;
You should tell your doctor or pharmacist if any of the following apply to you :
- Any other pain killers , especially those containing diclofenac
- Suffer from asthma ;
- Are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breast-feeding.
- Have or have had gastric or duodenal ulcer .
If you are taking any of the medicines listed below , you should tell your doctor or pharmacist :
- Tablets blood thinners (anticoagulants such as warfarin) ;
- Lithium or digoxin ;
- Methotrexate ;
- Quinolone antibiotics;
- Cyclosporine ;
- Steroid tablets;
- Water tablets ( diuretics) .
If you are taking other medicines , including medicines that you buy without a prescription , tell your doctor or pharmacist.
ALMIRAL is not suitable for children.

If you accidentally swallow ALMIRAL tell a doctor immediately or contact your nearest hospital .
