AFLAMIL WHAT IS AND WHAT IT IS USED
The film-coated tablets Aflamil are intended for oral use.
Aceclofenac belongs to a group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and antirheumatic agents.
 
 
Aflamil prescribed for treatment of disease with acute vazpapeniya and pain such as lumbago , toothache , dysmenorrhea , and joint pain
Aflamil is used for the treatment of chronic joint disease with chronic pain and inflammation ; e.g., osteoarthritis , rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondilartriti .
 
2 . BEFORE YOU TAKE AFLAMIL
DO NOT TAKE Aflamil :
- If you are allergic ( hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients of Aflamil
- If you are ( or might be pregnant, or planning to become pregnant ) or breastfeeding
- If you have asthma , acute rhinitis , skin rash or other allergic reaction after ingestion of acetylsalicylic acid ( nprimer , aspirin, Istopirin , Kalmopirin ) or other NSAIDs .
- If you have / have had a stomach ulcer or duodenal ulcer, or bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract.
- If you have severe kidney disease.
 
Take special care with Aflamil :
- If you have a history of stomach ulcer or duodenal ulcer or inflammatory disease of the gastrointestinal tract.
~ If you suffer from severe liver disease.
- If you have moderate kidney disease.
- If you have severe heart disease [ heart failure) .
- If you have a bleeding disorder .
- In the recovery period after major surgery .
 
Ask your doctor for advice if any of these occur at a time.
 
Taking other medicines:
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.
Some medicines may influence the effects of Aflamil . In these cases, you may need a dosage adjustment or discontinuation of these drugs. This is particularly important when taking lithium , digoxin , diuretics , anticoagulants, antidiabetic drugs , methotrexate, acetyl salicylic acid and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs , or cyclosporin .
 
Taking Aflamil with food and drink
Aflamil film-coated tablets can be taken before or during meals .

3 . HOW TO TAKE AFLAMIL
Always take Aflamil as prescribed by your doctor. If in doubt , consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not miss the medicine
The film-coated tablets should be swallowed split , with sufficient fluid.
The recommended daily dose is 200 mg, ie one tablet in the morning and one - in the evening (one tablet every 12 hours) . Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you think that the effect of AFLAMIL is too strong or too weak .

If you stop taking Aflamil

Drugs such Aflamil may be associated with a slightly increased risk of heart attack ( " MI " ) or stroke. Any risk is more likely with high doses and prolonged
treatment .
Do not exceed the recommended dose and duration of treatment .
If you have heart problems, previous stroke or think that you might be at risk of these conditions (eg , eye have high blood pressure , diabetes, high cholesterol or are a smoker) you should discuss treatment with your doctor or pharmacist.
 
4 . POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, Aflamil can trigger side effects, although not everybody gets them. Most are mild and disappear after discontinuation of Aflamil .
Common side effects include dyspepsia, abdominal pain, nausea , diarrhea, or abnormal liver function.
 
 
Sometimes encounter the following : flatulence, gastritis , constipation, vomiting , ulcerative stomatitis, itchy skin and rash, and abnormal renal function.
Can rarely occur following related intake Aflamil : stomatitis and pancreatitis, melena , gastrointestinapno bleeding , tremors , depression , dizziness, sleep disturbances ( insomnia / excessive sleepiness), increased plasma levels of potassium, swelling , spasms of the legs, shortness of breath, wheezing, anemia , granulocytopenia , thrombocytopenia , headache, fatigue , flushing , face swelling , allergic reactions, anaphylactic shock, weight gain, abnormal vision and taste .
Drugs such as Aflamil can be associated with a slightly increased " risk of heart attack ( " myocardial infarction " ) or stroke.
If any of the side effects gets serious, or you notice other effects not listed in this leaflet , please tell your doctor or pharmacist.
 
5 . HOW TO STORE AFLAMIL
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not store above 25 ° C.
Store in original container.
Aflamil not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging ( MM.GGGG ) . Date of expiry date refers to the last day of the month.
Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines no longer required . These measures will help to protect the environment.

- The other components are the chief itseril palmitostearate , croscarmellose sodium, povidone and microcrystalline cellulose . Coating : "Sepifilm 753 white" ( which contains Macrogol stearate, titanium dioxide, cellulose and hypromellose mikrokristapna ) .
 
Aflamil looks like and contents of pack
Appearance ; white, round, biconvex, film-coated tablets embossed with "A" on one side. Breaking the surface in white.
Packing : PA/A1/PVC-AI blister . One blister contains 10 film-coated tablets : 20,30 or 60 film-coated tablets are packed in a cardboard folding box. But the market may not offer all the packaging.
